iApplicants™ Setup Steps

We need just 30 minutes of your time!

Switching to an online applicant tracking system has never been easier. In fact, we are going to do most of the work for you. You iApplicants™ system should be up and running within 2 to 3 business days, and it will take less than 30 minutes of your time to provide us with the information we need to get started. To help you understand how it works, we have put together the following step by step guide so you know what to expect.


Request a FREE Trial by filling out our sign up form. You will be taken to a setup questionnaire that will collect all of the information we need to setup your system.


Fill out the setup questionnaire to provide us with the information we need to know to customize your iApplicants™ system for your unique hiring process.


Our design team will use the colors and graphics from your business website to design your iApplicants™ careers site. Our goal is to help you present a consistent look to your job applicants.


Your answers to the questionnaire will be used to setup your system so that it works with your current hiring process. We will also customize the questions on the employment application to match your paper application.


You will receive a welcome email when the setup is complete. This email will provide you with your username and password, as well as all of the information you need to get started.


Login to the admin area of your iApplicants™ careers site and watch our flash training presentation, or download a copy of our users guide.


Post your current jobs onto your iApplicants™ careers site. Be sure to use our system to push your jobs out to the free job boards that we integrate with. If you would like to have the job seekers from your current hiring sources and company website use iApplicants™ to apply, have your web person create a "Careers" link on your business website and point it to your new iApplicants™ site (optional during the trial period).


As applicants begin applying, you can use iApplicants™ to tracking them through your normal hiring and screening steps. Our staff will monitor your site through the trial period, and send you emails with tips on how to get the most out of your iApplicants™ system.


You will receive an invoice at the end of the trial period. To continue with iApplicants™, simply choose the payment schedule that works best for your budget (quarterly or annual) and pay the invoice. If you have decided that iApplicants™ is not right for you, send an email to our support team to let them know to remove your trial site.
